Its been a minute since the "bread baking craze" of the early 2020's, but an odd thing occurred last week. I was advanced at my job, and a few people who I had previously worked with not only welcomed me, but also asked when I'd bring some bread into work. I had to smile at that comment and decided to return to my bread baking days. I have the equipment, started digging into my baking books, and figured it was time to start baking some loaves. Looking forward to having that wonderful smell of baked bread back in the house...
