Still looking to start seriously baking bread, but I'm taking a non-sourdough approach. Its better to at least bake some bread for now, get used to doing it and learn the processes, as opposed to "shooting" for the fantasy loaf. Knowing how to make this simple loaf will be the first part of my bread baking journey...!
